203 Annual Report

Secretaries established by this title shall be responsible for providing an Annual Report of the Department's activities to the Council and the Chief by the first day of January of each year covering the activities of the prior year. The report should explain the finances of the Department, identify any current or future liabilities, and any other material items required by Upper Mattaponi Law.
