603 Secretary
The Community Services Department shall be managed and operated by a Secretary who shall be appointed by the Chief and confirmed by the Council in accordance with Article VII §§ 4(d) and (i) of the Constitution of the Upper Mattaponi Tribe. The Secretary should meet the following requirements:
(A) A bachelor's degree in a field related to social work;
(B) Five (5) years experience in a management role;
(C) Three (3) years experience in budgeting and financial management; and
(D) Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
