203 Collection of Permit Fees, Forfeitures and Fines

The Upper Mattaponi Tribe shall establish the Conservation Fund, a fund account in which to deposit monies collected from the sale of licenses, permits and tags, and from fees, forfeitures and fines assessed pursuant to the provisions of this title or wildlife regulations.
