303 Issuance of License

The form of licenses, permits and tags issued pursuant to this title shall be left to the discretion of the Wildlife Commission, provided such form shall list the license number and shall describe the licensee, including the licensee's height, color of eyes, color of hair, address, phone number, date of birth and driver's license number or Tribal ID Number for citizens. The form of license shall also contain the date of issuance, date of expiration, type of license, and the words "non-transferable."
