305 Presentation of License

No person may engage in any hunting, fishing, or gathering activity without carrying a license on their person and producing said license for inspection upon the demand of any authorized law enforcement officer. Any person required to produce license must also identify themself as the person to whom such license was issued, and failure or refusal to produce adequate identification and a proper license shall be deemed prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
