309 Harvesting with Another's License, Permit, or Tag

No person shall hunt, fish, or gather while in possession of any license, permit or tag issued to another; provided that, the wildlife regulations may allow for instances where a licensed citizen may hunt, fish, or gather on behalf of a disabled citizen or tribal elder.
