317 Introduction of Fish, Wildlife and Plants

No person, other than those expressly authorized by the Wildlife Commission or Environmental Department, shall transplant onto any lands of the Upper Mattaponi Tribe any fish or eggs into any body of water, or any wildlife, animal or plant species.
