400 Enforcement by Law Enforcement Officers

Any authorized law enforcement officer may enforce any provision of this title. The Game Ranger shall establish procedures and communications for such enforcement, including the hiring of wildlife officers responsible solely for enforcement of this title and Wildlife Regulations.
