505 Unlawful Feeding

It shall be unlawful to place, distribute, or allow the placement of food, minerals, salt, carrion, trash, or similar substances to feed or attract deer from September 1 until the first day of Saturday in January. Violation of this Section shall result in a fine of up to $500. No part of this Section shall be construed to restrict bonafide agronomic plantings (including wildlife food plots) or distribution of food to livestock.
