517 Duty to Report Incidents

Licensees shall report any known violations of this title, or any incident causing injury to a person or damage to the property of the Upper Mattaponi Tribe, to the Game Ranger or a wildlife officer immediately. Any person failing to report said incident shall have committed a misdemeanor, as defined by Upper Mattaponi law, and may be assessed a fine by the appropriate court authority in accordance with Upper Mattaponi criminal law.
