2025-13. WITHDRAWN: Authorization to Transition ATG Contract to CTGP

Resolution 2025-13 was withdrawn because its intended authorization is already provided under “Resolution 2023-06: Self-Determination 638-Contracts Authorization Act of 2023”. As a result, no additional Council action is required to transition the Tribe’s Aid to Tribal Government (ATG) Contract to a Consolidated Tribal Government Program (CTGP).
