300 Requirement of Tribal License, Permit, And/Or Tag

No person shall engage in the activity of hunting, fishing, or gathering, including cutting or harvesting live or downed timber in such instances where approval from the United States government is required by law, or any other activity regulated by this title or wildlife regulations, without acquiring or having in their possession a valid Tribal license, permit and/or tag as this title or wildlife regulations may require, validated for the particular season and activity in which that person is engaged.
