301 Requirements for Non-Citizens

It shall be unlawful for a non-citizen to hunt, or fish in or on the lands or inland waters owned by the Tribe without being accompanied by a licensed adult tribal citizen; provided that, a non-citizen parent or guardian may be accompanied by their citizen child or ward instead of an adult tribal citizen.
